I’m a running coach based in the beautiful town of Corsham in Wiltshire. Drawing on my diverse running experience I’m able to offer a comprehensive coaching service tailored uniquely to you.

In truth, I’ve had a passion for running from the moment I laced up my trainers and ran my first mile. At the outset, I simply enjoyed seeing an improvement in my general fitness. Ineviatably I caught the ‘running bug’ and discovered the personal challenge and fun that racing presents. I enjoyed seeing whether I could better myself with each performance and this piqued my interest in training theory.

I regularly lead club sessions and activities and I’ve also worked with our wonderful Couch to 5K beginners groups and am currently undertaking my UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) qualification. I run and volunteer with Corsham Running Club in Corsham, Wiltshire.

My running journey started primarily on road. However, over the years I have discovered that my real passion lies in trail running. I have extensive experience, and have competed and podiumed in distances from 5K through to 100 Mile Ultra Marathons.

I’m passionate about all things running, a bit of a self-professed ‘running geek’ if you will. I like to keep up to date with the latest training science and theory and I’m keen to share what I learn with my athletes. I firmly believe that all coaching should be athlete lead. The coaching plans I offer are designed specifically for you and only you. Together, we will design the best solution for you around your individual circumstances taking into account your running experience, the time you have available to train and your specific goals and outcomes.
