This is the highest level of TrainingPeaks accreditation. Level 2 coaches have completed TrainingPeaks University and have demonstrated their ability to utilize metrics in TrainingPeaks. They can provide you with the expert instruction and feedback you need to achieve your goals.

I am a runner, coach, scientist and mom.
I coach athletes for all distances between 5km and ultra marathons, but I have most experience in coaching 10km to marathon runners. I provide training plans that include both running and strength training. In my coaching calls, I also offer advice on sports nutrition with a focus on solid foods. If you are training for a race, my services also include going over your race strategy.
I’m a competitive runner with PRs of 4:29 (1500m), 9:33 (3000m), and 16:38 (5000m, reached national top 8 in 2023). I’ve coached runners from beginners to competitive athletes, focusing on individualized training, injury prevention, and sustainable performance. I have most experience in coaching 10km to marathon runners, and put emphasis on injury prevention (by strength training) and sport nutrition (alternatives to gels!).
I am a certified ISSA personal trainer and currently also in training to become a certified pregnancy and postpartum coach. I have a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences and outside of coaching, I work as a researcher and science communicator in a scientific environment and balance training with family life as a mother and athlete. I value structure, recovery, and time outdoors, and I understand what it means to pursue performance alongside work, parenting, and real-life responsibilities.
My coaching philosophy is that performance and health reinforce each other. I focus on long-term development through consistency, smart load management, and injury prevention rather than short-term gains. I use science and data as tools, always guided by individual context, recovery, and real life.
