How can I help? I am a personal trainer with years of experience. I was a 3-sport high school and #Collegiate Football Student/Athlete. I started early in #Triathlons but focused on running during my early corporate career. As x-football player, maybe a little bulky, I started out with a 2-mile run with my wife to be. After the birth of my daughter, regrouped and decided to start over and run a mile. I asked myself, what’s next. I ran a 5k, then a 10k, then a half marathon, and why not, “let’s run a #marathon!” After finishing the marathon, I told my family that was the dumbest thing I ever did but proceeded to sign up for another the following day. Five marathons later I qualified for the Boston Marathon. The rest was history and I feel through my athletic experiences and 30 years in the business world, along with already coaching several athletes, I want to help you. I am a #Ironman Certified Coach and a USA Triathlon Level I Certified Short Course Coach. I am also a Mad Dogg Certified Spin Instructor. I specialize in triathlon training and coaching Clydesdale and Athena athletes, Single Endurance Sport athletes, Long Course, Short Course, and Strength and Conditioning. I am currently an Ironman All-World Athlete (rated top 5% in world) and USAT All American. I have completed 9 Full Distance #Ironman and 20+ Half Distance Triathlons, along with multiple short distances. I have run 50+ #Marathons and am a Boston qualifier. Lastly, an x-collegiate football player.
