Life-long athlete, growing up in Florida playing many and all team sports.
I went to undergraduate school in the mountains of North Carolina where I played basketball and lacrosse at Division II and Cycling at Division I - holding multiple records in lacrosse and being nationally ranked in both lacrosse and cycling.
I continued with cycling competitively as I moved about the country, picking up a new passion - triathlon - along the way in Florida, Washington State, and Colorado.
I decided quickly to make my passion my career and haven't looked back. With that I decided to pursue a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Dietetics.
My education includes: dietetics/nutrition, exercise physiology with a focus on human performance, and psychology. With a strong base in all latter disciplines, as well as years of racing experience at all levels, I am able to provide clients with a "full-bodied" experience as a specialist who focuses on their goals and their ambitions. Clients are not given workouts nor nutrition advice that is not specific to them. Each workout/training plan is created specifically for the client and the client's goals. All nutrition advice is specific for the client with family, work, and social life situations taken into consideration during discussions.
My relationship to the clients who come to me is first formed in my dedication to their overall well-being. Being a Complete Fitness and Performance Specialist is my number one priority.
