Whatever your goal or aspirations, our coaches are here to support and guide you. Our online coaching services will provide you with a personal coach and tailor-made training sessions designed to suit your aims, ability and schedule. We will develop specific sessions for you and your events.

We cater for all athletes' abilities, from beginner to elite, from many different sports including:

A little bit about me...

I believe in time managed, focussed training, which is specific and targeted, but most of all enjoyable and fun.

I have 20 years coaching experience both individual and within a Club environment
Coach at Cardiff Triathletes Club for the past 8 years
Level 2 British Triathlon Coach
Level 2 British Cycling Coach
Level 3 Personal Trainer
Speed, Agility, Quickness (SAQ) trainer, Fitness GP Referral, Fitness Testing, Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs)
UK Anti-Doping Advisor
Cat 2 cyclist in my 20’s.
4 x Ironman competitions (10hrs 30mins)
GB Age Group triathlete in 3 distances:
ETU Long Distance European Championships - Vittoria Gastiez 2010
ITU Long Distance World Championships - Belfort 2013
Standard Distance Europeans - Kitzbuel 2014, Geneva 2015
Sprint World Championships - Rotterdam 2017, Lausanne 2019

Experience at coaching athletes from many different sports, backgrounds and abilities

Triathlon - from first timer to Ironman, Standard and Sprint, European and World Championships.
Road cycling and mountain bike (cross country and downhill disciplines),
Running - first time 5km runners through to ultra-distance runners.
