I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science and a Masters of Science degree in Athletic Administration. I have been coaching Triathletes for 20 years and enjoy helping first timers and seasoned athletes meet their goals.

I love being a mother, and enjoy working part time so I can keep up with all of our activities. I started competing in triathlon at the age of 30 and have had the honor of qualifying for the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii in 2012 and 2015, competing in the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in 2010 (2nd place) and 2017. I have the distinction of being named a USAT All American Triathlete and qualifying for Team USA numerous years. I thank God and my wonderful family for supporting me in life and in triathlon. Now my hope is to help you get as much enjoyment out of the sport as I have.

I have also been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and have been certified to teach a variety of classes ranging from Step aerobics and Kick-Boxing to Swim Lessons and Lifeguarding. I have also been certified as a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach and an AFAA Personal Trainer and Fitness Counselor. I have been a health club manager, aquatic director, an age group swim coach and have worked with all ages and abilities.
