I am an endurance and strength Brazilian Coach. I'm currently working at SPORTOMICS Lab and CARECLUB along with Nutrition Specialists, Sports Doctors and Physiotherapists.
My approach is always individualized as I can understand the athlete's demands and I can set up the training schedule around it. I take in consideration not only the physical aspects of training but also the personal and professional side of the athlete's life as this plays a major aspect in training.
