Laura Henry is the owner of Full Circle Endurance. She is a USA Triathlon Level I Certified Coach, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, and has been involved in endurance events for six years. After a relatively inactive childhood, she participated in her first road race and triathlon in 2010 as an adult and instantly fell in love with endurance sports. Since then, she has raced virtually every distance triathlon and running offers. Over the years, Laura has strived to learn as much as possible about running, cycling, and triathlon. She has studied the methods of these sports, tested many of them herself, and now feels that she knows what it takes to reach goals and achieve personal success. She completed her USA Triathlon coaching certification in 2014 and her USA Cycling coaching certification in 2015. As a former swing shift worker with a demanding schedule, Laura knows what it’s like to set goals and train as a time-limited athlete on a non-traditional schedule, and she focuses on developing effective plans for other time-crunched athletes. Her enthusiasm and passion for helping athletes of all ability levels reach their personal goals has enabled her to coach several athletes to success. Laura still trains and races competitively in running, cycling, and triathlon events. Aside from endurance sports, Laura’s other interests include traveling, hiking, photography, mountain biking, cooking, skiing, and snowshoeing.
