A passionate cyclist and triathlete looking to share my knowledge with fellow enthusiasts.
The main goal being enjoyment of the sport we love, the second goal to make you fitter, faster and stronger while remaining injury free and lastly, to help you achieve what ever future goal you are setting.

A team GB age grouper for both standard and middle distance triathlete always looking to be the best I can. Achieving 3rd place at the last Middle Distance European championships in Ibiza, I am eager to go up a step or two on the podium in 2022.
While not doing things in three I turn to my real passion, cycling, taking part in the UCI World Championships where the triathlon calendar allows. Taking 1st place at my most recent qualifier event in Villars-Sur-Ollon, Switzerland and 3rd place at the World Championships in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Looking forward to hopefully improving on that in Italy in 2022.
