Coaching and skills development is at the core of our business. Athlete experience and satisfaction is a daily goal. I focus mainly on MTB and Road cycling, conditioning and skills training. I love the use of power meters but have also learned that numbers are not the be all and end all in training, nurturing a good realtionship with my athletes is still the most important thing. I am happy to coach remotely, or one on one. I enjoy encouraging athletes, I enjoy working on their mental game.
I'm ex pro mountain biker, and I learned the hard way without guidance. I value the impact proper experienced guidance can have, and I want to share my love for cycling through training. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" training. I believe in training hard and resting hard. Having fun is key. I like to see athletes improve, slowly and constantly. I work with a 2 time Olympian as my mentor. She has a Level 3 UCI Coaching License and I am currently a UCI Level 1 Cycling Coach. I'm awaiting my Level 2 exam results. I am happy working with time crunched athletes. Finding better time management is a skill I myself have learned. I use WKO4 as my preferred data analysis software, it's incredible and I'm able to build my own charts, which is important in tracking Individuals training progress. With years of training in my passed, I have learned the power of encouragment.

I can train athletes with or with power meters, but need a minimum of heart rate monitors. I need athletes with a dedication for their own improvement.
