I am a passionate coach & trainer for beginners and immediate level athletes, who are looking to 'have a go' or improve on their current triathlon, running, cycling or swimming abilities & strength.
I provide plans that are catered to events or specific requirements of the athlete and I also encompass a mix of strength and nutrition aspects within my plans.
I hold a in Sport & Exercise, Diploma in Applied Fitness and I am currently compelting my Masters in Sport & Exercise.


I have almost a decade of experience in working with clients/athletes toward their health and fitness goals. I am a qualified personal trainer, focusing on functional movement and strength for endurance sport. In addition to this I also am a coach for triathlon and the individual aspects of this event. My main focus is on beginners and intermediate level, whereby individuals are breaking into the new sport, wanting to complete their first Triathlon (whether it be short, mid or long distance).
My own passion has stemmed from a national level cycling background, followed by rowing and now I compete in Ironman.
I believe that we need to include a mix of strength training with the specific triathlon training, to prevent injury and ensure optimal results. I always include this in my plans.
I also place a focus on nutrition and diet around training and events.
