Lana believes in the value of living a full and happy life. She found joy in her own odyssey of discovering and nurturing the athlete within. She believes the pursuit of endurance sports delivers clarity, perspective and opportunity. This is why Lana coaches endurance athletes; theirs is a journey that anyone can undertake to learn, be happy and have fun in even the toughest moments.

An experienced triathlete, Lana started coaching to give back and encourage others to develop in this sport that has become her healthy lifestyle. Lana loves learning; she relentlessly seeks and implements practical knowledge into her coaching practice. While she also works as a freelance business consultant, Lana loves the challenge of guiding people that simply want to be better.

Lana coaches age group athletes focused on triathlon, running, swimming and cycling, both locally and remote. Her coaching certifications include USAT Level 1, USAC Level 3, USMS Level 2 and Training Peaks Level 1, and she earned an MS in nutrition. Over the years, Lana coached equestrian and ice hockey, as well as taught undergraduate classes in nutrition. She emphasizes life balance, continuous learning and enjoying the process of becoming great by committing to every small step. She finds it both a thrill and honor to share her knowledge and passion, and be a small part of any athlete's progress.
