I only accept athletes that work with heart rate monitor, but prefer powermeter for cycling and running (Stryd). Data is important but never forget the person.

To get the best results you need the best plan. This plan is not only about making hours but it's to make you a better athlete. By taking into account your work, life and training balance I set up a plan for you based on your goals and available time.

I advise you on nutrition, running technique, effective planning etc. I work with heart rate or power for running and cycling. Swimming is based on time.

As a member of the stryd coaching group, I can optimally advise you on running with power.

As a certified Triathlon Trainer I have experience guiding and developing plans for all level athletes in the sports of triathlon, running and cycling.
I always look at your available time and a good balance between your work, family and training. I also finished a full distance Ironman next to my busy work life so I know the pitfalls. So you don't have to make the same mistakes i did.

My goal is to make you a better athlete so I always include core, strength and stretch workouts in your trainingplan. So you get faster and stronger and decrease the risk of injury. As a bikefitter i can advice you in your cycling position for optimal comfort and performance
