Kurt Braeckel

I believe in developing confidence and self-esteem of athletes through optimized physical, mental, and emotional preparation. I place the overall well-being of my athletes first by providing top quality training plans, skills coaching, mental preparation techniques, and raceday nutrition planning while working within the constraints of everyday life to help manage overall stress. I teach my athletes to set challenging but realistic goals, and provide the means with which to achieve them.

Training for success in endurance sports as a busy adult requires not just excellent time-management and a good plan, but overall stress management. I have coached and competed through the challenges many athletes face managing family schedules and full-time careers... and then some! I can help! Work trips? I can help! Family vacations? I can help! Long-term military deployments? I can help!
We'll evaluate your goals against your constraints, and work together to develop the best possible solution to suit your needs. My services don't stop with planning your training; I can be your sounding board for your bad days, your champion on your good days. Together, we'll stay on an even keel. We'll keep you and your loved ones happy, while pursuing your athletic dreams.
