My greatest strength in coaching is being analytical and understand the importance of the athletes work-life balance (sport, family, work, stress, etc.). Workouts and trainingplan are just a part of the complete athlete.
Started giving training on the age of 14 (life guard swimming) and started coaching on the age of 21. Main focus is on individual athletes and I am able to provide a full package from workouts itself, nutrition, sleep performances, weight.
Besides letting you do your training I can also give a focus on the technical aspects. For example (not limited to): swimming, cycling, time trial, skating, running.
