I am an individual who truly has a passion for fitness. I have been helping clients reach their fitness and running goals since 2018. I enjoy supporting people along their fitness journeys and watching them not only meet and conquer their initial goals but also gain the confidence to aim a little higher in the future.

My qualifications include:

  • a 80/20 Endurance Coach
  • a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and Healthy Eating Weight Loss Coach
  • a Certified Nutrition Coach
  • Active Aging certificate.
  • Girls Gone Strong “GGS” coach
  • National Community Coaching Program in the sport of triathlon

I am a lifelong learner. By continuing to enhance my own knowledge, I am better able to service and to ensure I provides the best possible advice and guidance to my clients.

My person-focused approach and experience allows me to better relate to my clients. My experience includes:

  • 15 years of running experience has made him a competitive age group runner
  • Qualifying for and ran the Boston Marathon twice
  • 12 marathons and multiple half marathons
  • Completed 2 full Ironman, 5 Half Ironman and various other triathlon events

By competing in these events, I understand some of the challenges athletes face with their own strength training and training in general. As an athlete and a coach, my philosophy to training is the same, believe in your training and listen to your body. If you are consistent in your training and work hard, your goals will come.
