Kim Forteza has a Bachelor of Science in physical activity and sport, and a Masters degree in sports performance.
He become a Personal Trainer with IDEA, New York in 1998. In addition , he specializes in topics related to coaching in communication and leadership. He continuously teaches courses.
Kim participated in triathlons, marathons and dutahlons, but his passion has always been the bicycle, competing nationally in the Artiach team that won the "escalada Monjjuic" in the special amateur category and the Vall d'Haran tour. He also participated in MTB races, where he got a second place in the master category of Catalonia Championship.At present still competing in the master category , in both MTB and road.
KimForteza has been training professional cyclists like Eneritz Iturriaga, Marga Fullana, Miquel Alzamora, Claudia Galicia, Roberto Heras, JA Hermida and Roberto Bou, and a lot of amateur cyclists
Kim has been working for the World Cycling Center and UCI, and was working with young talents from the Koren federation.
For several years, he has been writing and working for some magazines, specifically Sport Life, Solo Bici and Bike.
​He wrote the book "The personal trainer for fitness and health" Ed. Hispano Europea 2004.
