I coach triathletes through my online coaching team TriForce (members in the SF Bay Area and around the world). We're a performance oriented team with people targeting personal bests, Kona qualifications, and 70.3 world champs qualifications or just trying to continue kicking butt despite busy lives with work, family, etc. In addition to coaching we have a thriving online community and we often try to race together.
In addition to my passion for coaching, I practice what I preach as a competitive age group triathlete, with an Ironman personal best of 8:56 and multiple Kona qualifications.
