My coaching phylosophy is to fit your training to your lifestyle. Whether you’re an everyday sporter or among the elite, I will develop a two way relationship with you so that I fully understand and appreciate where you’re coming from and where you want to end up. We do all this because I know the biggest challenge facing most sporters is juggling our day-to-day lives particularly when you’re trying to squeeze in any meaningful training.

Has Kesra started coaching in 1992. He works with athlete and triathlete of all level. Coaching for Has Kesra is a passion and a commitment to you. Whether you want to hit a marathon best at 2:10 or 5:00, whether your 5k PR is 13:00 or 32:00, the key to improvement is in the training and the ability to stay consistent. Has Kesra holds accreditations from the Dutch athletic association and has an academical degree in science. Has Kesra knows how to get the best out of people. From novice to elite, we all have our own little ‘World Championships’ to win. These might include the local club run but you still need to train correctly even to win the ‘village sign sprints’.
