Kenny Meyer is a multi-sport coach and accomplished triathlete who helps triathlon and endurance athletes get faster without burning out. As the coach behind LT+ Racing, he blends structured, data-driven training with real-world feel—so athletes can train intelligently, stay consistent, and show up on race day confident and durable.
Kenny’s approach is shaped by his own 250+ pound transformation through endurance sport and a decade-plus obsession with exercise science and physiology. He understands the real-life side of training: busy schedules, motivation that comes and goes, setbacks, and the long game of building habits that stick. That perspective shows up in his coaching—clear weekly structure, simple execution, and smart adjustments that keep progress moving even when life gets messy.
Kenny holds degrees in Business and Psychology and is TrainingPeaks Level 1 accredited. He’s also a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutrition Coach, and certified in Corrective Exercise, with experience as a physical therapy aide—bringing a whole-athlete lens that prioritizes health, durability, and sustainable performance.
Athletes who work with Kenny can expect purposeful training, honest feedback, and consistent communication. Whether you’re training for your first finish or chasing a PR, Kenny’s mission is to help you train with confidence, protect recovery, and turn smart work into real-world results.
