I am a head coach of the KAZIKI triathlon team based in Warsaw, Poland.
My main way of working is individual approach to each athlete, taking into account their goals and time constraints. I work with both professionals (70.3 / IM and ITU triathlon) and every age group categories in every advancement level.
On top of individual training plans I do organize group training sessions for the team in Warsaw: swimming, running, open water swimming. At least twice a year I offer climate camp.
Professional triathlete in the years 2002-2017. Multiple Polish Champion. Participated in many ITU competitions like WTS, World Cup, World Cup, European Championship and European Cup. Used to start in 70.3 IM. Retired from triathlon early at the age of 27 due to injury.
Since 2017 fully dedicated to endurance sports coaching. Works with both professional and age group athletes in a variety of distances from sprint do full distance (ironman). The cooperation with the athletes is based on individual approach and direct contact. Then the number of trainees is limited to just a few professionals (in 2020 ranging from sub 8:30 Ironman athlete to Polish champions in a ITU sprint) and up to 20 age groupers (in 2020 ranging from 70.3 WM participants to beginners). We do travel together to the main domestic and international races. The team integrates well, the members value equally fun, socializing and fitness improvement.
