I am a life-long swimmer, runner and Collegiate Water Skier. I began competing and winning as an age group triathlete through the 90's. A race ending injury sent me back to school to learn what I love, exercise performance, adaptation and the human body. As a Level 1 USAT Coach, Race Director & Level 1 US Masters Swim Coach with an educational background in Exercise Physiology, my coaching philosophy focuses on individual athletes’ strengths and weaknesses, incorporating physiological feedback in individualized coaching plans. I stress injury prevention, recognize differences in each individual and incorporate a common sense approach that emphasizes a lifestyle balance.
