We believe assessing an athlete's bio-mechanics, balance, agility and strength while identifying any movement limitations, inefficiencies or vulnerabilities is essential in maximizing movement economy, minimizing injury risk and enhancing performance. From the athlete's movement assessment and the information gathered from their initial interview, we thoughtfully create an individualized training program that aligns with their goals.
