Born 1982 in Innsbruck as the first of three children, successful high school graduation and accomplishment of two master degrees in economic and finance. Worked as a professional in several multi-national banks and venture capital. Used my sabbatical year to travel and to work on my true passion: sports and athletics. Completed the US Strength & Conditioning Certification (CSCS), the Austrian trainer license in alpine skiing, swimming and triathlon, as well as a Sport Mental Coaching and Athlete Manager license. I am a certified USA Triathlon Coach.

My heart opens supporting others and helping people to achieve their goals. I love working with enthusiasts and passionate people. To watch my athletes grow with their challenges and getting better drives me. I want to understand their motivation, where they are coming from and what drives them. I incorporate their families, work, equipment, training history and much more in their plans to push them to their individual maximum performance.
I enjoy cooking, inviting friends, reading, traveling, skiing, outdoor and athletic sports, football and of course swimming, running, cycling and triathlon :-)
