My qualifications and experience as a triathlon, endurance running and cycling coach are underpinned by a career in physiotherapy and strength & conditioning.

I will provide you with the knowledge and framework to become a strong and robust athlete, help you develop the skills to become a more efficient swimmer, cyclist and runner so you can achieve your sporting goals but, should you fall over and hurt yourself I can rehabilitate you back to your optimal performance.

I have a background in Human Resources and Project Management. Having worked for several multinational companies, in pursuit of a better work/life balance for my family, I retrained as a physiotherapist, fitness, triathlon, run, bike, swim instructor, Pilates and strength & conditioning coach.
The skills I have developed reflect my belief that individuals who commit to an individual and progressive attitude towards training, balancing sport specific training and strength & conditioning work develop high quality movement patterns, improve functional strength and create a robustness against injury and fatigue.
If consistency, hard work and fun unlocks training success, listening, creating achievable challenges and having fun is the key to a successful coaching relationship.
I love a challenge, and I love to challenge others along their journey to improve their sports performance and achieve their goals.
I regularly swim, bike and run. I have completed a range of sporting events such as the Rat Race, Coast 2 Coast two day challenge (running, cycling and kayaking for 105 miles), a 24hr endurance ride, a 39 mile ultra-marathon in the Lake District, and triathlons up to middle distance.
