I am a British Triathlon Level 3 High Performing Coach, IRONMAN U Certified Coach, British Cycling Level 2 Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and Sports Specialist Yoga Teacher with a BSc in sports science and sports psychology.

My understanding of sports science, physical training, psychological aspects of athletic development, biomechanics and movement patterns, and movement economy means I can offer holistic coaching which addresses all aspects of your training needs.

I love working with those who are balancing their sport with other aspects of a full and busy life such as being a parent or alongside their career. My coaching is entirely bespoke to you as an individual. I identify your strengths and weaknesses, your training availability and preferences, as well as the components of fitness needed for your sport to offer sessions which give you the training adaptations you need for the minimum 'dose' of training.

Alongside your training sessions I offer psychological tools to help you during training and competing and to build the resilience you need to succeed in your sport.
