What if I told you that success in endurance sports doesn't have to mean countless hours training, long periods of time away from friends and families, and trying to juggle work, kid(s), and personal schedules?
It is my philosophy that any athlete can achieve their BEST with a training plan optimized for their goals and unique time constraints. This is why I believe a one-size-fits-all coaching strategy leads to suboptimal results.
What makes a great coach?
It requires someone with extensive hands on experience that is not only able to adapt to each athletes specific needs but also educate them on the why behind each session. Great coaching is much more than just programming, it requires a unique relationship with each athlete.
Since starting my endurance sports journey in 2021 I have been entirely self coached; constantly experimenting with new workouts, race and nutrition strategies, and optimal training plans. Along the way, I've had many successes helping to validate that my approach is working:
