I am an ex swimmer turned triathlete turned coach. I work with clients just starting out on their road to sprint tri through to athletes qualifying for and racing at the Ironman or Age group World Champs.
Key to my coaching is that my athletes enjoy the process of training. I insist on feedback after sessions so that I can adapt subsequent sessions as needed - no 2 plans are the same every plan is bespoke to an individuals needs, goals and abilities and done on a weekly basis, no templates!

Sporting history - national level swimmer for 10 years then moved into triathlon, been racing for 11 years now (in 2019). Have competed and medalled at age group level in sprint and standard distance, before moving to half distance where i have been on the podium at Challenge Samorin Champs and at Challenge Sardinia with multiple sub 5hr finishes, and in full distance a pb of 10.15hrs in 2018 at Challenge Roth. I still compete in all distances around coaching full time - so i know the difficulties of balancing work, family and training!
