For continuous progress & great race results, more is needed than just hours on the bike, in the pool or out on the track. Great performance is only possible if you stay injury free, get all the nutrition you need, allow your body & mind enough recovery time & knowing some mental tips and tricks to stay strong when the going gets tough.
I will also ensure you have a balance between family, work & training so you perform the best you can on race day. I am based near Malaga in Southern Spain where I run ChiliTri coaching & camps from my facility which includes an Endless Pool®, accommodation, on-site gym, static bike studio & holistic training terrace. Triathlon and Coaching is my passion. I left my job in engineering to retrain as a coach & now run 121 & small group triathlon camps all year round in Spain.
I specialise in swim coaching in the pool, lakes & sea & full video analysis. I am also a Stryd running with power coach & Zwift ride leader. Some of the plans embrace the primal endurance methodologies such as MAF, HIIT, PEM & HRV.
