I am a USAC Certified Cycling Coach, Certified Sports Nutritionist, and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. My focus is on the whole athlete to include nutrition, mental training, bike fit, stability, and mobility to develop strong and resilient athletes.
I have been competing in endurance sports for over 20 years to include running, cycling, and triathlon. I raced at the elite level in cyclocross for seven years, including top ten finishes at Nationals in my age group and singlespeed. I have also competed in ultra-endurance mountain biking for over 10 years, with 8 finishes at the Shenandoah 100 to include two top-10 finishes. I also enjoy stage racing, gravel riding, and trail running.
I enjoy working with beginner and intermediate athletes who are ready to take their riding to the next level, and with busy athletes that need optimal efficiency in their training to meet their goals. There is not one single path that works for everyone, and I enjoy helping people find ways to make their training work for their interests and lifestyle.
