I specialize in creating custom training plans for athletes of all ability levels looking to improve within the sports of swimming, biking and running. I have coached beginner runners looking to finish their first 5k, competitive Boston Marathon qualifiers, beginner triathletes, and countless Ironman finishers!
Justin Roeder is a former Indiana High School Cross-Country State Champion. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Butler University in 2011. During his time there, he was a 4-time All-Region finisher in Cross-Country and Track, a 3-time National finalist in Cross-Country, and 11-time Conference title winner in Cross-Country and Track.
After graduating, Justin was selected as a part of USA Triathlon’s Collegiate Recruitment/Olympic Development Program and was a resident-triathlete at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He raced as profession triathlete from 2011 through 2014. Justin holds certifications from USA Triathlon as a level I certified coach and has been coaching runners and triathletes since 2009.
Justin’s coaching pedigree includes working with Innovative Endurance as an assistant coaching working with beginners, age group, and collegiate triathletes. In addition to multisport coaching, Justin has held positions as Hamilton Southeastern High School swim club assistant coach and assistant men’s Cross-Country and track coach at the NCAA D1 level.
