I enjoy coaching athletes of all backgrounds and specialize in the athlete trying to improve or progress their racing distance.

I offer personalized and individualized training plans for a monthly fee. I also encourage email communication and will do phone consultations by appointment. I am available for one on one running, biking, or swimming sessions for an additional fee. I also include nutritional counseling as well as race day nutritional strategies in the monthly fee.

Bio

I am a USAT certified Level I coach and a USA Cycling Level 3 coach and have been actively coaching individual athetes as well as groups for 4 years. I been active in sport competition for many years and have raced as well as coached other athlletes to all distances of triathlon from Sprint to Ironman. Most recently, I have taken an interest in endurance cycling after competing in and winning the 4 women team category in the Race Across America, a 3000 mile bike race. I enjoy coaching athletes of all abilities and with a variety of goals. I believe that the relationship between a coach and an athlete is personal and fluid and so reflect this in my training plans which are able to be adapted to the busiest of lifestyles. I think goal setting is critcal to success and encourage athletes to have a clearly defined goal in order to measure their progress. Lastly, I believe that training should be fun, varied, and challenging and offer many different approaches to training.
