With over 27 years experience as a coach and a personal trainer, Jules has taught fitness since her youth, has ridden bicycles for just as long and been involved in health and fitness all her life. Running a successful outdoor training group in Figtree and now moving her business to the online coaching by creating specific programs for her clients.
Competed in - state and national level on the road. In events such as triathlon, time trial, teams time trial and international criteriums. On the track (velodrome) as a masters competitor in events such as teams sprint, teams pursuit and individual pursuit.
