Training should be purposeful, personalised, and built around busy lives. Combining data-driven TrainingPeaks programming with Level 4 S & C and a background in sports massage and injury prevention, I help athletes build robust engines while keeping their bodies healthy and resilient. Whether you’re lining up for your first triathlon or targeting a personal best in a long-course event, my goal is to guide you to the finish line and help you achieve what you didn't think was possible.
About Me
I’m Jamie, an endurance coach, Level 4 Sports Therapist, and dedicated endurance athlete based in Scotland. My approach to coaching combines a deep understanding of training methodology with athlete longevity—helping you build sustainable fitness, optimize recovery, and reach your goals without burning out or getting injured.
My background spans years of coaching at Monifieth Triathlon Club alongside competing in high-level endurance events, including sub-10 hour Ironman finishes, extreme triathlons like Celtman, 50-mile ultra-marathons, and endurance mountain bike races. Because I regularly line up at the start line myself, I know firsthand the physical and mental dedication required to balance tough training blocks with real life.
