I coach intermediate to advanced level runners and specialize in the sport of canicross (running while your dog is attached in harness).
I love working with both dog sport and non dog sport athletes.

I believe the reward is in the work and enjoy a hybrid approach that includes strength and cross training.

I am RRCA Level 1 and 2 certified, as well as USA Cycling (Level 3) and Precision Nutrition certified.

I have competed in multiple world championship events in canicross and love working with both the human and canine athlete to help them be the best team possible.
