I am a UKA Qualified Endurance Running Coach. Specialising in coaching athletes from 800m up to the Marathon in distance. I offer personalised training plans which help you achieve the goals that you want to achieve in running. Moreover, I also provide nutritional support and long term planning guidance to give all my athletes to full training experience.
My training philosophy stems from my experience working with two international coaches in my own running career, my university education and my own running. I believe that for endurance athletes your aerobic base is crucial to your success and this is something I prioritise within my plans. I also believe it is important to make sure that your speed and threshold are trained each week in order to improve your maximal physiological characteristics.
I am a UKA Certified running coaching and also hold a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University. I have also completed a Master of Science Qualification at Loughborough University in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. I have over 15 years of training experience myself and at my peak as an athlete I represented England at Cross Country and medalled at several different National Championship events.
