I've been involved in cycling since 2005, competing in both mountain and road racing in the U.S. and Mexico. My racing experience spans XCO Nationals, Leadville 100, Tour of the Gila, and other major events. Since 2010, I've coached athletes of all levels, from beginners to pros, helping them achieve personal records, national titles, PanAm victories, and even success in the Lifetime Grand Prix and Cape Epic.
