As a Sports and Exercise Physiologist i got experience training and testing physiological and physical capabilities, physiological adaptations, anatomy, kinesiology, human physiology and more important about how to care well our athletes and the health of our population in general. I have plenty experience working with elite and amateur athletes. Performing physiological and physical test in lab and field such as the aerobic and anaerobic capabilities, body composition, respiratory capability, blood test,electrocardiogram test, and lactate, etc. Prescribing, I try to use objective information to design the best plan to follow, and being able to manipulate as much variables as possible to get the physiological and physical adaptation that we want. The periodization of a training and rehab program to achieve a goal, this is why I like to get to know more about the athlete s lifestyle to be able to design the best program. Including a “Timing” plan nutrition plan based on the body composition and the sports requirements. I always follow the guidance of my knowledge and my ethics, aiming to improve myself at every moment using science, research and my very own sport experiences. My best personal goal is to get to the Everest, the highest point on earth using only scientific sport's training methods, my heart power and my mind power.
