I'm a former NCAA Division I middle-distance runner who stopped competing for more than two decades - career, life, children. I came back to racing in my 40s.Your body may be different, but you can be faster than expected.

I coach ambitious women over 40 from 5km to marathon, with a coaching approach built around your experience of training, not just your data. I work with a small number of athletes at any one time because the coaching I offer is genuinely individual and grounded in a combination of experience and evidence in running, as well as practice in performance coaching at executive level. My coaching goes beyond the numbers to deliver long-term results for you.

Running is high impact and longevity matters. I coach with injury prevention built in from the start, encouraging a blend of core run sessions with strength and gym work alongside cross training. My coaching means your body stays strong enough to keep doing what you love for years, not just race seasons.
