I view myself as the architect behind an athlete’s progress on the bike, whether they are preparing for a debut Gran Fondo or a top-step sprint. My approach combines technical innovation with veteran-level experience to ensure every athlete I work with rides with an unparalleled edge.

My expertise spans the total athlete experience—from the balance of a perfect bike fit to the benefits of well planned race-day nutrition. While I work with athletes across all disciplines, I specialize in mountain biking, gravel and road cycling, focusing on the R&D of performance to help beginners and advanced riders alike find their fastest self.

My experience is rooted in the trenches, highlighted by Arizona State Champion in Criterium, winning my age group at Cactus Cup, eight finishes at the Leadville 100 MTB and my own current pursuits of finishing sub 13-hours at Unbound 200 and sub 8 hours at Leadville. Professionally, I have had the privilege of coaching a Mountain Bike National Champion, proving that the right system can take an athlete to the highest level of the sport.
