As a CSCS-certified strength and endurance coach, my philosophy centers on building resilient, long-lasting athletes through structured training, smart progressions, and strength work that supports durability. I believe injury prevention is the foundation of performance—when athletes stay healthy and consistent, they can train with momentum and reach levels they hadn’t previously thought possible.
