I'm a full-time Tradie, hanging of roofs 8-10 hours a day, a sports scientist, and a wannabe endurance athlete. I hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a Level 2 Personal Training certification, and am certified in Triathlon and Endurance Sport Coaching through ESCI (Formally TriDot) which was deisgned by multiple Ironman world champions, and the very best in field coaches https://esci.tovuti.io
I've trained for, and completed triathlons, multiple different running events, and ultras while slaving away roofing in the brutal Aussie sun. I understand fatigue, time pressure, and the mental game of showing up when you'd rather not. This experience shapes every program I write.
My Philosophy;
Consistency over perfection.
The best training plan is the one you can actually follow. I build programs around your schedule, your energy levels, and your life, that can be adaptable and manageable.
Education based.
I want you to understand your training, not just execute it. Athletes who understand the process make better decisions, stay more consistent, and go further.
Sustainable progression.
Short-term spikes don't build long-term athletes. I prioritise steady, manageable load increases that keep you healthy and moving forward month after month. Event to Event.
Real-life integration.
Sleep, stress, work load, nutrition, recovery — all of it gets factored in. Training doesn't exist in isolation and your program shouldn't either.
