Joe offers endurance coaching in person and online. Sessions are built around stroke rate and length in the swim, power on the bike, pace on the run along with strength focused programs. Video analysis for the swim and run are available as part of a monthly package or as a one-time session.

Bio

As a certified USAT Level II coach and Total Immersion Instructor Joe Petrush has worked with hundreds of multi-sport and endurance athletes ranging from beginner to elite. Working alongside Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman and Ironman athletes Joe builds custom training plans based on current fitness, time to train, fitness and racing goals taking into consideration an athletes injury profile.
Using metric based equipment including power meters to gauge fitness and high rate video cameras for the swim and run every athlete has access to developing technical and fitness advantages over the competition.
In 2010, Joe furthered his experience and knowledge when USAT selected him to participate in their elite mentorship program at the Olympic training center in Colorado Springs . Besides participating in clinics and seminars to stay current with latest scientific findings, Joe has also shared his knowledge at USAT coaching certification clinics teaching new and prospective USAT coaches.

Joe has designed one of the most comprehensive training programs in endurance sports, maximizing any athletes potential while reducing their risk of injury. Joe spent over 10 years an active member of the local multi-sport community and enjoyed competing in the sport of triathlon. He mainly focused on the 70.3 distance and has competed in the world championship three times. He now devotes his time helping athletes reach their own goals in swim, bike, run and triathlon events.
