I’m an endurance coach, triathlete and founder of ALTU Endurance Coaching.
For more than 10 years I’ve been helping athletes improve their performance in triathlon, running and cycling — from complete beginners preparing for their first race to competitive age-group athletes targeting podiums, qualifications and personal bests.
My coaching philosophy combines science-based training, performance data analysis and real-life coaching experience. I work extensively with TrainingPeaks, WKO5, lactate testing, VO2 analysis and power-based training to build individualized programs focused on durability, efficiency and long-term progression.
I specialize in middle and long-distance triathlon preparation, including IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3 and T100 racing. My approach goes beyond training sessions alone: race execution, pacing strategy, nutrition, recovery and lifestyle management are all part of the process.
As an athlete myself, I understand the balance between ambition, consistency and daily life demands. That perspective helps me create structured and sustainable training plans adapted to each athlete’s reality.
