I am a 3 time Olympian in both road and track cycling. I competed for New Zealand at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympics.
I raced professionally for 16 years for teams in Europe and the USA, most recently racing for TIBCO-SVB UCI Women's team from 2008-2016.
I retired from international racing at the end of 2016 and am enjoying helping others now achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
I like to coach athletes who are driven and are committed to improving themselves and their performances.
I believe in a holistic approach and that teaching athletes about skills, tactics, efficiency, psychology and race management are as important as the training done on the bike or in the gym.
I have been coaching for the past 3.5 years and have coached a variety of athletes - men, women, young, old, beginners, experienced and athletes racing at local, national and international levels.
I have my USA Weightlifting Coaching Certification and believe that having the right strength program in place can benefit athletes greatly.
I have an in-depth understanding of cycling at the highest levels with living and racing all over the world for 20 years.
