This is the highest level of TrainingPeaks accreditation. Level 2 coaches have completed TrainingPeaks University and have demonstrated their ability to utilize metrics in TrainingPeaks. They can provide you with the expert instruction and feedback you need to achieve your goals.

Community Level Coach with Triathlon Canada, Jo relocated to Montreal, Canada from Australia in November 2017. Jo has the knowledge and experience to develop structured, periodized training plans that initially build aerobic fitness through a volume of low heart rate sessions and then transition into race phase with a focus on increasing anaerobic capacity. She will work with you to set key milestones and targets along the way to ensure you’re ready for race day.
Jo enjoys coaching people who want to have fun during their training & are also driven to pursue their goals. Her philosophy revolves around engaging with physical activity & triathlon as a life-long journey of maintaining an active lifestyle. Jo invests in building an honest athlete/coach relationship of support, knowledge sharing & accountability. Coaching starts with getting to know the athlete before creating a program. Previously a full-time accountant, Jo returned to study with a newfound dedication to add value to people’s lives through an understanding of Psychology & Exercise Science. She will bring that same work ethic, drive & professionalism to her work, training you to be your best athletic self. Jo's passion for triathlon started in Aug 2012 & progressed to ITU World Champ & 70.3 events. Jo understands the adversities of injuries & managing a balanced lifestyle. Jo appreciates how difficult it is to face your weaknesses head on & is here to celebrate your personal improvements with you.
Jo began coaching on a volunteer basis in June 2016. She was responsible for implementing TrainingPeaks for her club's long & short course plans. Jo organised training camps which included yoga, nutrition & sweat testing sessions. Jo has experience guiding vision-impaired athletes & is passionate about triathlon as an inclusive sport.
