Jim Vance is one of the foremost innovative and elite coaches in the endurance sports space. He is a published author of 3 books, all foreworded by Joe Friel, and scientific studies with the University of Connecticut.
Jim received his BS in Physical & Health Education at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where he was a 4 year letter-winner for the track and cross country teams. Post-collegiately, Jim was an elite triathlete himself, finishing at 8:37 for 3rd place at Ironman Florida in 2006.
Jim's knowledge of the science of training, training data analysis, experience as an elite athlete himself, and background as a teacher, have made him a highly successful coach in the entire endurance sports industry.
