Jimmy's impact extends beyond coaching as he has been instrumental in shaping the cycling landscape. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Andy Schleck Women Pro Team, assuming the position of Head Sports Director. Under his guidance, the team flourished, showcasing their talent and achieving notable successes.

He has contributed significantly to the triumphs of the Good Guys Racing Team in New York, leading them to numerous victories and an impressive tally of six New York State Champion titles.
