Coach Jill Bartholomew is an endurance coach, long-course triathlete, and technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and individuals. As the founder of Be Fierce Multisport, Jill coaches committed athletes focused on middle to ultra distance Triathlon and Run events including IRONMAN and Marathons.

Jill specializes in developing durable, competitive athletes through structured, data-driven training that balances volume, intensity, strength, and recovery. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes long-term progression, intelligent workload management, and consistent execution—critical for success in Olympic distance, 70.3, and full IRON-distance triathlon, as well as half- and full-marathon racing.

With a background in enterprise technology and executive leadership, Jill brings an analytical, performance-focused mindset to coaching while remaining adaptable to the demands of ambitious professional lives. Training plans are customized, purposeful, and built for athletes with an established endurance foundation who are motivated by measurable improvement, durability under load, and strong race-day execution.

Jill’s approach integrates bike-centric development, run durability, masters swimming and strength training to support performance across full training cycles.
