I have been a USA Triathlon Level I Certified Coach for 8 years and an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer for 10 years. I work with all levels and ages of athletes, from runners, cyclists, swimmers and triathletes to those no longer involved in organized sports, who are simply trying to keep themselves strong.
